Book appointment by phone/voicemail

We are all about providing quality service for our clients. Calling in to book is highly recommended Our services tend to go at most 1 hour per each service to meet the proper care for each client’s needs. If you are expecting to get in and out quick at this salon, we apologize, that is not our style.

Give us a call at 970-226-4692 to leave a voicemail for reservations. Calls will be returned in the order received. Please refrain from calling more than 2 times in hope that a staff will answer. We do not/will not pick up calls while servicing on our clients. Same-day appointments and cancellations are not guaranteed. Calling in is your best chance to book with us. Other forms of contact will be greatly delayed due to limited monitoring.

Please Note:

• We are only a team of 2 people at the moment. We cannot accomodate parties of more than 2.

• Don’t schedule a regular polish appointment with a massage appointment afterwards. Polish will get smudged.

• We do not offer DIP acrylic powder application services.

Late Arrivals / Cancellation Policy

• We ask that you please arrive on time for the appointment. Not doing so, will push us out of our time-frame for the next client and pushes back the whole day.

• We rarely do confirmation calls, however, we will likely call you five minutes after your scheduled appointment if you have not arrived yet. If there is no response from our phone call to you, fifteen minutes past scheduled appointments are considered No-Show. The schedule will go to the next scheduled client.

• It would be kind if you could please notify us if you are unable to make it at least 48 hours in advance to open up a spot to the next available client.
